Shipping policy

Where we ship We ship across Canada. Shipping is free to most Canadian addresses. Remote northern regions may carry an additional charge or longer transit time — we'll contact you before shipping if that applies to your address.

Production time Every sign is made to order. Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days after we receive and approve your logo. Larger or more complex designs may take a little longer; we'll keep you posted.

Shipping time Once your sign ships, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location in Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery date Combining production and transit, most Canadian orders arrive within roughly 5–15 business days of logo approval. We'll confirm an estimated delivery date for your order by email. Under Québec's Consumer Protection Act, if we don't deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Sending us your logo Production begins once we have your logo file. After you order, send your logo by replying to your order confirmation email (a transparent-background PNG works best). The sooner we receive it, the sooner we start.

Order tracking We'll email tracking details when your order ships. If you haven't received anything within 10 business days of ordering, email info@tojdesigns.com and we'll check on it.

Incorrect addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll always try to help recover a misdirected package.
