What is a LED sign?
It's a slim box with LEDs built inside that illuminate the printed face and the sides, giving your logo a clean, even glow rather than a harsh spotlight.

I need two signs with the same logo. How do I order?
Design it once with the preview tool, then set the quantity to 2 before adding to cart — the second drops to $99.99 automatically. If you want them in different shapes, add each one separately; the discount still applies.

How fast can I get it?
Most signs ship in about 2–3 business days once we've approved your file, then travel free anywhere in Canada. Working to an opening date or a trade show? Tell us the date and we'll confirm before you order.

What logo file should I send?
PNG, JPEG, SVG, AI or EPS all work. A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) gives the sharpest result. If you only have a low-resolution file, send it anyway — we'll tell you if we need something better.

My logo has gradients. Will it work?
These signs are produced in solid colours for a clean, durable finish — gradients and complex shading aren't supported on this product. If your logo relies on gradients or very fine detail, contact us for a custom quote and we'll recommend the best way to build it.

How is it powered?
USB, with the cable included. Plug it into any USB wall adapter, power bank, laptop or TV — no electrician and no hardwiring needed. The inline controller dims it to whatever brightness suits the space.

Can I use it outdoors?
No. This sign is built for interior use and is not waterproof. Keep it out of rain, moisture and prolonged direct sun. If you need an exterior sign, get in touch — we build those too.
