How does ordering work?

Choose your shape, upload your logo to preview it lit up, and check out. After ordering, send us your logo file by replying to your order confirmation email. We review it, build your sign, and ship it with tracking.

What logo file should I send?

A PNG with a transparent background gives the best result. We can work with other formats too — our tool auto-removes plain backgrounds — but transparent PNGs look sharpest.

How big are the signs?

Signs are made up to 14″ × 13″, or up to 17″ when your logo suits a diagonal layout. We'll advise the best fit once we see your logo.

How are they powered?

Each sign is USB-powered with a built-in dimmer. Plug it into any USB wall adapter, TV, power bank, laptop, or battery pack. (A wall adapter isn't included.)

Can I use my sign outdoors?

They're designed for interior use and are not waterproof. You can use one outdoors briefly, but keep it away from rain, moisture, and prolonged sun.

How long until I get my sign?

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days after we approve your logo, then shipped with 2–8 business days delivery across Canada.

Do you ship for free?

Yes — free shipping to most Canadian addresses. Remote northern regions may have an added charge; we'll let you know first.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I get a shape that matches my exact logo?

Yes — choose the Logo Outline option and we'll cut the sign to follow your logo's shape for a premium custom look.
