Welcome to TOJ Designs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All signs are custom-made to order. Product images, the on-site preview tool, and mockups are illustrative. Because gradients are reproduced as solid colours and lighting varies, your finished sign may differ slightly from on-screen previews. Every order is reviewed by our team so the final product matches the examples shown on the product page.
Your logo & intellectual property
By uploading a logo or design, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you authorize us to reproduce it solely to manufacture your order. You remain the owner of your design. TOJ Designs is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from artwork you supply. We may use photos of finished signs in our marketing unless you ask us not to.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The price shown is the full price of the product; only GST and QST are added, and they are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you check out. Payment is required in full at checkout before production begins.
Product use & care
Our signs are designed for interior use, are USB-powered, and are not waterproof. They may be used temporarily outdoors but should not be exposed to prolonged sun, rain, or moisture. A USB wall adapter is not included. We're not liable for damage caused by misuse, outdoor exposure, or use outside these guidelines.
Limitation of liability
Except for our obligations under Québec's Consumer Protection Act and the legal warranty — which we do not exclude or limit — and to the fullest extent permitted by law, TOJ Designs' liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms removes, reduces, or waives any right you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec, including the legal warranty. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those laws, the law prevails and the rest of these Terms still apply.
Language
This site and these Terms are provided in French and English. The French version is available at tojdesigns.com/fr/. For Québec consumers, the French version governs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
